Deposit and Fees

$500 deposit to hold the venue

headcount, table, & room arrangements are to be submitted 2 weeks prior to event

at which time, final bill MUST be paid by cash or check – if paid by credit card, add 3% surcharge).

Taxes & Service Charges: 8.25% Taxes

20%Gratuity Will be charge on the total bill Venue & Catering

For Food service, transportation Wait staff. For Venue Cleaning, Security, Bar Tenders

Break Down and Set up of the halls, tables, China & silver ware.

Event venue includes 12 Hours:  for decorating and event.


Selected items are prepared in quantities for light,

pre-dinner hors d’ oeuvres and adequate

portions are guaranteed, for heavy hors d’ oeuvres, or if chosen as main meal,

add $4.00 each. Hors d’ oeuvres are served at a standing station

unless a passed service is requested in advance. A minimum of 4 Hors d’ oeuvres

must be ordered unless dinner is also going to be served.
